melting

Summer should really be almost over but it just doesn't seem to want to let go. The heat keeps following me around. Every place where we went out Saturday seemed to have no air conditioning and it was one of those nights were it's still about 80 at midnight. Then I woke up to a completely unexplained power outage on another 90 degree day- although it did come back on that afternoon. And today...well, there's no a/c in my office. My brain is melting, melting, melting.

i'm feeling summery and ready to spend some quality time at the beach. i can' wait! only a few weeks away! and matty will be at the same beach at the same time! yay!

2. resuming g-mail chatting with court. i missed her ever so much while she was away working in san francisco.

3. starting a facebook group for my matty gates. i got the idea from carrie saturday night when she was comparing our matty to chuck bass from gossip girl. they are really only alike when it comes to fashion. matt would l-o-v-e to wear his wardrobe. i was really excited to see everyone i invited joining throughout the day!

4. my super cute (and super cheap!) flats from target.

5. court discovering a website where you can get monogramed toilet paper.

6. still madly in love with viva la viva by coldplay. it's just so good. you need to buy it from itunes- now!
